Responsibilities
Operate and drive 26ft box truck.
Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and cargo deliveries.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials when required.
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles as needed.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred
Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations.
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles effectively.
Experience with loading and unloading cargo safely.
Familiarity with 26ft box truck.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
