Important Note!!! This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing small engine equipment in a shop.
We are a high-volume, locally owned outdoor power equipment dealership serving Southern Maryland since 2005, looking for an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to join our team.
We sell and service top industry brands including Toro, Exmark, STIHL, ECHO, Gravely, Cub Cadet, and Mahindra — working on everything from homeowner units to full commercial fleets.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced shop environment where equipment is constantly moving through the service department. We are looking for someone who can diagnose issues correctly, complete repairs efficiently, and keep up with demand — this is not an entry-level position.

-Use parts diagrams and service manuals to identify correct parts and repair procedures
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Communicate effectively with the service team regarding repair status and parts needs
-Meet productivity expectations in a high-volume service department
What Success Looks Like
-Repairs are completed correctly the first time
-Jobs are completed efficiently without unnecessary delays
-Work orders are accurate and properly documented
-Equipment is returned to customers in reliable working condition
-You can move independently through your workload without constant direction
