Installer Requirements
• Experience installing residential replacement windows
• Proper tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• General liability and workers compensation insurance
• Lead Renovator certification
• Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
• Remove and install replacement windows
• Ensure proper sealing, flashing, and finish work
• Maintain clean and safe jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project staff
• Complete jobs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
