Working professional woman in her 50's seeking a clean, safe room to rent in the Prince Frederick, Port Republic, Huntingtown, Dunkirk, or surrounding Calvert County area.
I am employed full-time, responsible, quiet, non-smoking, and respectful of shared living spaces. I am looking for a private bedroom with access to a kitchen, laundry, and parking. Furnished or unfurnished is fine.
Preferred move-in date: ASAP
Budget: $300-750 per month (utilities included preferred)
