Water Mitigation & Restoration Company
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment? Join our growing restoration team and help coordinate water mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
✔ Schedule and coordinate mitigation and reconstruction crews
✔ Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendors
✔ Track job progress and maintain project documentation
✔ Assist with estimating, invoicing, and job file management
✔ Order materials and coordinate subcontractors
✔ Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
✔ Provide exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process
Qualifications:
✔ Previous project coordination, construction, restoration, or administrative experience preferred
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
✔ Experience with Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, or restoration software is a plus
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
