This system worked fine until the circuit board gave up. Since I do not need the heating and AC system anymore, I have not replaced it. But you can, and have the outdoor unit, both inside wall units complete with the remote controls. I have the owners manual and installations guide. They are also available online. The indoor units are 12,000 btu s each. This is a heat and AC setup, much like a heat pump. The circuit board is also available online. Cheap heat for your shop, outdoor mancave or small office/ shop building without a huge cost.
