I stack measure all wood sold to ensure you receive the amount you paid for.
All wood is stacked covered and kept dry for seasoning. It is clean with no mold and no dirt. Smoking wood is cut to 16 in. lengths - fits most smokers. Shorter lengths of smoking wood are available with special order only. Heating firewood is cut to 20 in. lengths most people cut random lengths because they do not measure, the result - odd lengths from 14 to 22 inches and difficulty measuring an accurate quantity). I measure every single round to be no longer than 20 inches. Some odd length pieces will be present; less than 5% per volume. I produce uniform pieces that fit normal size wood stoves, fireplace inserts, fire pits, and more. NO PINE wood in any of the heating types!
We sell pine - only pine at $240 or so per cord rounds cut to 20 in. lengths - requires pre-order.

Top quality heating firewood includes the best species: red oak, white oak, locust, beech. Priced at $330 per cord. 1/2 cord is $185
!!!Note that red oak is the least dense ( least BTU/heat per volume of dried wood amongst the four species I listed )!!! 😉
Mixed hardwood firewood $285 per cord - includes gum, maple, birch, sycamore, mulberry, American holly. 1/2 cord is $170
Custom orders available. If you have a fireplace we can accommodate 24 in. lengths, larger split, so your money does not fly through the chimney at the speed of sound. 😁
