Serving Children with Autism
📍 Prince George’s County & Charles County, Maryland
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate caregivers to work as Behavioral Technicians providing in-home and community-based support to children with autism.
🧩 Job Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic services to children with autism
• Support communication therapy goals
• Facilitate socialization skills and peer interaction
• Implement behavioral management strategies
• Assist with self-help and daily living skills
• Follow individualized care and behavior plans
• Accurately document services provided
🚗 Requirements
• Reliable transportation required (travel between client homes)
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred
• Patience, professionalism, and a caring attitude
• Ability to work part-time flexible hours (after school, evenings, weekends)
• Willingness to complete required trainings and background checks
