You've been thinking about sailing, and this is the opportunity. We enjoyed this Cal 2-27 for overnighters, fishing, and trips across the bay, but haven't been using it in recent years. It's time to turn it over to someone else.

The Cal 2-27 is a solid boat that is easy to sail. Standing rigging replaced (and up-sized) in 2014. Furling headsail with canvas cover. Galley with sink. Forward v-berth and head with door. Sleeps three adults comfortably, or two adults and two kids. Powered by the classic Atomic 4 gasoline engine, which for the right owner is a hobby all in itself.

It's not a show piece and has some interior renovations "in progress" and could use a good cleaning all over. But the price is right and it's what you need because you've been thinking about sailing.

The listed price of $2950 is actually the cost of the annual slip contract that is due on April 1st. If you pay that you get the boat and the slip for a year. If you take the boat to your own slip THE BOAT IS FREE (actually, $1, because the taxman doesn't understand free).
