We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage Accounts Receivable(AR), Accounts Payable (AP), strong bookkeeping knowledge, collections, and general office administration tasks. This role also includes supporting fleet management and assisting with scheduling. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and experienced with QuickBooks. And Bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Handle Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing payments:
• Bookkeeping :
-Recording daily financial transaction
-Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
-Processing and recording deposits
-Maintaining the general ledger
-Tracking expenses and categorizing transactions.
-Assisting with payroll records and payroll processing
-Preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
-Reviewing and correcting discrepancies in financial records
-Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
-Filing and organizing financial documents
-Perform collections in a professional and timely manner
-Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting
• Manage and track company fleet vehicles (maintenance schedules, documentation, registrations, insurance records)
• Assist with scheduling services, appointments, and internal coordination
• Perform general administrative office tasks as needed
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial data
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Professional and dependable work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with fleet management
• Prior office administration experience
• Background in service-based or operations-driven company
